The Pig War That Almost Burned Our Canadian Bacon
Misc.

I don't know if this is pop culture, but I found it interesting. It's about the Pig War, a little-known ever-escalating conflict about a pig that nearly started a war between the United States and Canada. (Let's see, how to make this popular-culture related to get it past the Management? Uh, did you know that pigs are the second-most pictured farm animals on popular culture schlock--after cows, but before chickens?)http://www.outwestnewspaper.com/pigwars.html

True? You mean like "not false"? Uh. Well....

It MIGHT be true. It COULD be true. I think I can safely say without fear of contradiction that I've seen nothing proving that it ISN'T true....

(Gulp. Somebody help me out here.)

      Busted, Syrah!

If you can't go whole hog, then keep your pig tails to yourself.
