Make sure you don't miss the PBS series by Ken Burns called JAZZ. Here's the companion website, equally cool with music, video clips and some interactive stuff which allows you to create your own e-Jazz.http://www.pbs.org/jazz

I've been watching this series since the very beginning and at first I found it enjoyable and interesting. The last couple of episodes I've begun to saw logs before the first hour's up...and there are how many more in the series?
We were discussing last night that although some of it's interesting -- and certainly there's a lot of new information in all of the episodes -- there's something missing. It's too heavy; too intensive for anyone but the obsessive jazz fan.
Lewis and Clark was good, though. Does anyone know what his next project is?

Uh, Erin? I don't know which you're referring to--Lewis or Clark--but it doesn't matter: They've BOTH passed into the Great Pacific Northwest in the Sky....
