 Posted by Erin Barrett on 2000/10/26 18:54:55 GMT-4 Video-Mania: Sony finally released their much talked about Play Station 2, in the wee hours of this morning. Only 500,000 units went on sale, down from Sony's original estimate of 1 million, leaving many fans -- some of whom waited a day or more in lines outside of stores to buy the $299 machine -- disappointed and still waiting to play until more units are released. If anyone's tried one, let us know about it.
